My daughter is in College and all the regular school expenses are paid for under a GI bill but my "X" wants me to pay for stuff like Wal-mart purchases and other things that she has no real proof (payment receipts) that it was for school. and lets say shes asking for 8,000 dollars over and above school expenses which are being paid for under the GI bill...what are the real laws since this was never in my divorce original decision.

You are required by law to do only what has been ordered in the divorce decree and any subsequent modifications. As a father, you may find that you have a moral obligation to do more.
