Is University of South Alabama College of Medicine a good school although it's not ranked? Is it hard to get into this college of medicine compare to UAB school of medicine? Every single US med school is hard to get into. If you really want to be a physician you'll take anything you can get(as long as it's accredited). UniBound is spam. Go to the campus, talk to students - get a feel for it. A college education is what you make of it, not the other way around.
